Welcome to Silver Moon Property Management

Silver Moon Property Management is a locally owned property management company serving property owners and tenants throughout the Lowcountry. Brandon and Michelle are a husband-and-wife team with backgrounds in real estate and property management. Their experience gives them a practical understanding of the day-to-day responsibilities involved in managing rental properties, from tenant placement and communication to maintenance coordination and ongoing property needs. As a small property management company, Silver Moon focuses on providing consistent, reliable management while staying involved in the details of each property. The goal is simple: to manage properties efficiently, communicate clearly, and provide owners and tenants with a straightforward rental experience.
